Confirm that a released report matches a VialTests verification record. Unreleased laboratory uploads are not publicly verifiable.
Verify by Report Number
Enter the VialTests Report Number printed on the verification cover sheet (format VT-YYYY-NNNNNN).
Verify by Order Number + Lab ID
Enter both the VialTests Order Number and the Lab ID shown on the verification cover sheet. Both values are required.
