How it works

A short path from selecting a test to receiving electronic results.

  1. 01

    Choose your test

    Select the laboratory analysis required from the testing catalog. Prices are shown before you order.

  2. 02

    Complete your order

    Provide required order information and complete payment online. No customer account is required.

  3. 03

    Prepare your sample

    After successful payment, VialTests provides your Order ID, Submission Sheet, and mailing instructions.

  4. 04

    Mail your sample

    Place the Submission Sheet and order information inside the package with the sample. The outside of the package should contain normal shipping information only — do not put Order IDs or testing details on the outside.

  5. 05

    Sample received

    Once your sample is received and recorded, you receive confirmation electronically.

  6. 06

    Results

    When testing is complete and results are released, your Certificate of Analysis is delivered electronically. Results are not physically mailed.
