Process

How It Works

A short path from selecting a test to receiving electronic results.

  1. STEP 01

    Choose your test

    Select the laboratory analysis required from the testing catalog. Prices are shown before you order.

  2. STEP 02

    Complete your order

    Provide required order information and complete payment online. No customer account is required.

  3. STEP 03

    Prepare your sample

    After successful payment, VialTests provides your Order ID, Submission Sheet, and mailing instructions.

  4. STEP 04

    Mail/Drop-off your sample

    Place the printed Submission Sheet or written order details inside with the sample. If mailing; use tracked shipping, then add your tracking number on your order page. Keep ordinary courier details on the exterior only. Detailed shipping/drop-off instructions are provided after payment.

  5. STEP 05

    Sample received

    Carrier delivery confirmation is not the same as Sample Received. Once VialTests records intake, you receive confirmation electronically.

  6. STEP 06

    Results

    When testing is complete, your Certificate of Analysis results are sent electronically via email. Results are not physically mailed.
