Testing methodology
Core peptide work uses HPLC-MS/MS for identity, purity, and net peptide content. Optional add-ons, where offered, can include heavy-metal analysis by ICP-MS and bacterial endotoxin by kinetic chromogenic LAL (USP <85>).
