What this test measures

When you order Peptide Blend Analysis, the laboratory analyzes one submitted multi-peptide blend from a single vial. For each supported component within the ordered scope, the service reports identity confirmation, chromatographic purity, and measured amount on one consolidated Certificate of Analysis. Expected blend composition is declared when you order — this service is distinct from the Blind Peptide Identity Test, which analyzes samples without a declared expected identity. Identity, purity, and measured amount are independent attributes for each reported component. Results apply to the submitted sample only — not other vials, lots, suppliers, or future production.

What you receive

A Certificate of Analysis delivered electronically when testing is complete and results are released.

Testing methodology

Core blend analysis uses HPLC-MS/MS (multi-component) for supported components within the ordered scope. Separation and reporting depend on the submitted mixture and the method applied; co-eluting or overlapping components may limit what can be resolved in a single analysis. Optional add-on testing, where offered as separate catalog services, can include heavy-metal analysis by ICP-MS and bacterial endotoxin measurement by kinetic chromogenic LAL (USP <85>). Endotoxin results do not establish sterility. These add-ons are not included in the Blend Analysis price unless separately ordered.

Sample requirements

Exact quantity depends on the test and analyte. After payment, VialTests provides submission instructions for your order. The laboratory analyzes the sample as received.
